Ava Yuska
Interior Design Assistant
Iowa State University
Ava Yuska grew up in a small town in northern Minnesota, just 70 miles from the Canadian border, where her love for design and appreciation of natural surroundings first took root. She graduated in 2024 from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and a minor in Business.
Throughout her studies, Ava gained a broad range of experience through internships at both residential and commercial design firms. Most recently, she worked with a commercial design firm in Naples, FL specializing in luxury multi-family and hospitality projects. One of her favorite experiences there was contributing to a stunning oceanfront apartment building, complete with a 5-star wellness center featuring a Pilates studio, spa, and expansive pool deck.
Outside of work, Ava enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors with friends and family. She also loves returning to Iowa to visit her family and spend time on the farm.
Ava is excited to begin her career with Court Atkins Group, where she looks forward to growing as a designer, building meaningful client relationships, and helping create homes that will be cherished for years to come.
