Bluffton Township Fire District Station #30

Bluffton’s Fire Station #30 is the busiest company in the district and a first responder to three elementary, two middle, and one high school. This new 6,975 square foot station was a design-build project with Fraser construction. The project comprises a dining area, kitchen, two apparatus bays, six sleeping quarters, and an exercise room. The scope of the work included site development, landscape, schematic design through construction documents, engineering coordination, and construction administration.

  • Client Testimonial: “When the Bluffton Township Fire District began to pursue the replacement of its original downtown fire station, we knew we wanted a building that would honor the origins of the department, be a representation of the character of the Town and involve local folks. In Court Atkins we got our local involvement and the building that was designed serves as a great example of the architecture of what Bluffton was and will continue to become into the future. The District could not be happier with the building that came out of the design.” - John Thompson, BTFD Fire Chief
