Hilton Head Christian Academy

The new Hilton Head Christian Academy campus was intentionally designed around project-based learning and will transform the way students learn from the kindergarten level to high school. The new buildings were designed to fit students’ needs and offer a bright open environment that counters old school floorplans and is designed to foster constant movement. Rather than hallways, Court Atkins Group created a series of interconnected learning environments that support class presentations or other activities such as independent study sessions with mentors. In addition, art, science, and fabrication laboratories or “fab labs” connect to patios and porches that allow students to work outside on projects such as pottery or painting.
