Tasked by the client with updating an original set of design plans, the resulting final product was a new building housing 31 guest suites for an extended stay at Hilton Head Health in the gated Shipyard Community on Hilton Head Island, SC. The project comprises five different unit types in the two-story, 17,000-square-foot building. These suites provide guests with comfortable living quarters while attending programs at Hilton Head Health. Other spaces include a main lobby, entrance porch, rear screened porch, and support spaces (laundry, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
