Court Atkins was commissioned as a design consultant for the exterior façade of the 17,000 square foot building to blend the KIA prototype building design with the local Lowcountry vernacular. We collaborated with the developer, KIA corporate architect, and the Architect of Record to compliment surrounding architecture and landscaping and obtain local design review board approvals.
