Located just off Bluffton Parkway, the new Myrtle Park industrial design provides tenants with a flexible 3,000-square-foot blank canvas to establish and grow their businesses near the heart of Bluffton. Behind the Beaufort County Administrative Building, two 30,500-square-foot pre-engineered metal building shells were designed to accommodate both warehouse and office space. The sister buildings share similar facades, incorporating Lowcountry architectural elements that soften the scale and create a cohesive presence. Positioned with rear facades facing one another, the layout offers generous loading and unloading zones, ensuring efficiency while supporting a variety of future tenant needs.
