Renovations of the iconic River House for Montage International included reprogramming the building to add three significant new spaces, a coffee shop, a speakeasy, and a high-end restaurant. The design also included the enclosure of existing exterior porches, major interior updates to the main lobby, and equipment updates to kitchen and retail spaces. Where once there were tired wraparound porches, the space has been reshaped and reimagined with bright glass-enclosed galleries.
