Palmetto Dunes Residence

Reminiscent of Bar Harbor’s shingle-style homes but with a Lowcountry twist, our Palmetto Dunes oceanfront residence incorporates playful elements such as rounded rafter tails and unique window patterns while skipping the formality often found in the Hamptons. This design is fun and relaxed, evoking a “light-keepers” house, maximizing views and natural light at every turn.

The floor plan orients gathering and entertaining spaces around the ocean setting and is designed to create the feeling of distinct rooms and spaces rather than one open plan. This delineation is further underscored by the extensive use of millwork throughout.
