Starbucks at Sea Turtle Marketplace

Designed as the final building of the Sea Turtle Marketplace redevelopment project, this 2,175-square-foot Starbucks replaced the original building that had been destroyed by fire. The exterior design was not a typical Starbucks prototype but was designed to complement the existing Sea Turtle Marketplace buildings, comply with local design standards, and provide its own identity on the site. It features sloped metal roofs with generous overhangs, horizontal lap cementitious siding and trim, large amounts of storefront glazing at the building’s front and side facades, and a cool neutral color scheme.

  • Client Testimonial: “In this business it can be hard to find vendors and trades that are easy to work with and good at what they do. KSB has partnered with Court Atkins on multiple projects in the area and each one proves that Court Atkins is able to provide the level, service, and style that the Low Country depends on and warrants. We look forward to upcoming projects with the CA team.” Ken Tosky-Kenneth Scott Builders-President
