The Bridge Collective located at 71 Calhoun Street, is a transformative 3-building development in Old Town Bluffton, situated at the intersection of Calhoun and Bridge Streets.
71 Calhoun Street is a destination—a hub for stylish boutiques, trendy eateries, and signature businesses that reflect the unique character of Old Town Bluffton. By integrating retail and residential spaces, we created a vibrant environment that encourages community interaction and supports local entrepreneurship. The design fosters a sense of place, inviting both residents and visitors to engage with the space.
