A unique 60-foot-wide lot guided the design of this custom “Idea Home” with H2 Builders. This residence was designed with entertainment in mind and intended to showcase all that Palmetto Bluff has to offer within a picturesque village setting.
By flipping the script and designing a home with an inviting, welcoming, and livable front porch and pushing the day-to-day living spaces to the front of the home, Court Atkins Group created a residence that takes advantage of the lot’s natural light at every turn. In the back, an outdoor courtyard enclosed by a brick fireplace wall offers privacy and additional entertaining opportunities. The house is very Southern in proportion and has a sense of elegance. Overscale doors and transoms bring in additional natural light and work to tie the interior architectural elements together.
