Carlyle Paiva
Senior Accountant
Marymount College
Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, Carlyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor in Accounting. Early in her career, she focused on Accounting and IT projects before discovering a passion for finance, architecture, and aesthetic beauty. These interests ultimately led her into the interior design industry. Over the years, she has held various management and controller roles across a wide range of industries, each one providing new challenges, opportunities for growth, and the chance to collaborate with inspiring individuals.
The youngest of four siblings and now a parent to three grown children, Carlyle has long valued family time on the slopes in the winter and on the water in the summer. Many of those summers were spent visiting Hilton Head Island, where she fell in love with the Lowcountry. With her children now pursuing their own careers, she made the decision to relocate south, embracing the opportunity to refine her newly acquired passion for golf while continuing her career in finance.
Joining Court Atkins Group in February 2025 as Senior Staff Accountant, Carlyle brings a depth of experience and a unique perspective shaped by her diverse career and personal journey.
