With more than fourteen years of industry experience, Hailey brings a whole lot of heart and a sharp business mind to Court Atkins Group. A Southern California native, born and raised, she traded sunshine and highways for Spanish moss and salt air, and she hasn’t looked back since.
Hailey’s path to CAG is anything but ordinary. Her background spans accounting, retail management, and graphic design, a blend that gives her a uniquely well-rounded perspective on both the creative and business sides of the industry. She got her start as an administrative assistant at Jeffrey Rome & Associates, an architectural firm in Irvine, California. The job came with an unexpected bonus: she met her husband, Derek, who now calls CAG home as a Studio Manager and Principal.
These days, Hailey pours her energy into developing client relationships, refining processes, and finding fresh solutions to meet the ever-evolving needs of the firm and the people they serve.
When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her living out the Bluffton state of mind alongside Derek, their daughter Scarlett, son Ben, and fur babies Mason and Suzie. Life is sweet down South.
