A New Englander at heart, Hazen spent his early years between rural New Hampshire and coastal Maine, where he developed an appreciation for historic architecture at a young age. He is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design, where he studied Architecture and Historic Preservation. Hazen joined the Commercial Team at Court Atkins Group in 2022, and has recently returned to SCAD to pursue both a Master’s degree, and architectural licensure.

Describe your process:  Communicate, Ideate, and Collaborate. For me, sketching is one of the most efficient ways to design, iterate my ideas, communicate a solution to others, and work through challenges that arise throughout the design process.
