William Court

Founding Principal

University of Cincinnati

William began his career in Atlanta and New York City with an emphasis on resort-oriented designs for clients like Ritz-Carlton and Hyatt. About 25 years ago, he was fortunate enough to visit the coast of South Carolina and has never left.
Since his arrival in the Lowcountry, William has focused almost exclusively on creating a sense of “home”. He oversees the residential studios in Bluffton and Savannah, working with clients that are discerning and multi-faceted. “Our clients are interesting people. They have stories to tell, and they are driven in their own line of work.”
William firmly believes that we are creating relationships, not buildings. This means that we often have to talk about everything “other than architecture” first. Meaning, you will find that he is very curious about the architectural inspirations on your Pinterest board. But maybe even more curious about your favorite restaurants, wineries, or recent travel destinations.
